DOIs for all FAU Research Data

AGFD should provide DOIs for all self-hosted data sets at FAU.

• there should be a "landing page" for all data sets (this could even be done in CRIS) that describes the data set and its provenance, and to which the DOI refers.
• we can get the actual DOI from datacite.
• there is already something at UB but only for issues of a journal or so (Putning); Maybe this can be extended to data DOIs --> coordinate with UB
