Create pathbuilder from nq dump

Build a tool that (re-)creates a pathbuilder just from the dumped triplestore.

Possible ways to do this:

• heuristic analysis
• chuck training data into LLM and see what happens
• deterministic approach by giving the main bundle classes as a starting point

Optional step after this is done:

• Train an AI that assigns sensible names to the generated paths
