WissKI Distillery Information System

In the scope of the distillery we need a system that keeps track of:

which individual WissKI instances exist and where they are hosted
what meta-data is associated to each instance, e.g. person who is responsible
cross-wisski-instance metrics

Currently we keep track only of absolutely needed data for the system to technically function inside an (unmanaged) SQL database. This should be expanded into a nicer system.
